For BOTH, gas and electricity, we can now usage industry data to look up the usage of a particular meter. One of the sticking points in the online quoting journey for some customers was that they weren’t sure how much energy they used. With permission, we can now simply look historic usage for both gas and electricity so that they don’t need to calculate it themselves.

This will improve the user journey AND make quotes more accurate. A great result for our partners and small business energy customers.
