Our energy software continues to evolve, driven by valuable partner feedback. Below is a summary of some of the latest features we’ve released:
Domestic launch
We’re delighted to launch our new white label domestic switching platform. There is a choice of four suppliers (British Gas, EON Next, SO Energy and Rebel Energy). There is £20 per fuel commission as a total pot which we are sharing 50:50 with you. The commission for domestic switching isn’t necessarily going to change anybody’s business but it is a nice extra string to the bow in terms of an offering. If you’re interested in this feature, feel free to reach out!
Manage user permissions
We can now assign a user with administrator access to the portal. This person can add new users and delete existing ones rather than having to ask us to do it. Remember you’re not charged based on users and so the more the merrier as far as we’re concerned! If you think you should be an administrator and you can’t already access ‘Manage Users’ section of your portal then please reply to this email so we can update your permissions.
Renew a customer in 3 clicks
As a further advancement to our recent renewal report launch. It is now possible to generate and email renewal quotes in just two clicks. Simply ‘Generate the link’ and ‘Send email’. This will automatically send the customer their unique quote URL.
Once the link is clicked, the system will automatically validate the Estimated usage, re-do the credit check and serve a comparison to what the customer paid last year. Allowing renewals to be managed in a matter of seconds.
UtilityClick integration
For those that use UtilityClick as their main CRM, some supplier quotes weren’t pulling through to their system via our API integration. We’ve worked with UtilityClick and all suppliers should now pull through as of the middle of this week.
Keep the feedback coming and thanks for all your support!
