A New Era for Half Hourly Meters
Previously, if a customer had a Half Hourly meter, they’d encounter an enquiry form where they needed to provide details for a follow-up from one of our team members. We’ve listened to feedback from our partners and, as a natural evolution of our services, we’re excited to launch the minimum viable product of our Half Hourly quoting service.
How It Works
Users will now be prompted to enter the Available Capacity and the usage of their Half Hourly meter. Accurate details are crucial for this process. Once entered, we’ll provide quotes from suppliers with a matrix pricebook for Half Hourly meters, including Valda Energy and British Gas Business. This update means that Half Hourly meter customers can now enjoy the same smooth, end-to-end process as all other customers.
Navigating the Complexity of Half Hourly Quoting
We recognise that Half Hourly quoting can be more complex and isn’t always feasible through our automated system. However, we’re pleased to introduce a new member of the Tickd team, Matt Roberts (matt.roberts@tickd.co.uk), who is here to support you with bespoke quoting journeys. For a while now, we’ve been helping partners access Half Hourly prices through our supplier relationships, and this update formalises what we’ve been successfully doing informally for a number of months now. As with all the best things at Tickd, this has organically developed from partner feedback / questions and opportunities.
