A Streamlined Way to Handle Objections: A New Feature on the Tickd Portal!

We’re excited to announce a major improvement to our Tickd portal that makes handling re-applications following an objection simpler and more efficient. Previously, this process was managed via email, which we recognised could be cumbersome for everyone involved.

Introducing the New Reapplication Process

With our latest update, you can now request re-applications in just three easy steps directly through the Tickd portal:

  1. Monitor the Switch Status: When the switch status changes to ‘Objection’, it will now appear as a clickable button.
  2. Choose a Date: Use the date picker to select your preferred reapplication date for the meter.
  3. Submit Your Request: Click ‘Submit’ to finalise your request.

Once submitted, you’ll see the switch status update to ‘Reapplication Pending’ and eventually to ‘Objection Reapplied’.

This streamlined process is designed to save time and reduce administrative hassle, making it easier than ever to manage objections and reapplications. We hope this new feature enhances your experience with the Tickd portal and helps you handle reapplications with greater efficiency.
